Usually, our training courses are face-to-face, and consist of ten sessions each. The duration of each session varies between one or two hours depending on the course.
We offer lessons in French or English. The sessions take place on weekends, in our premises located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, size of the study group: 6 children maximum.
Furthermore, During the week, we also offer private lessons at home in Paris and the nearby suburbs, the size of the study group will be a minimum of 3 children.

ADVENTURES IN COMPUTATIONAL THINKING
Age group: 5 to 6 years old
This program introduces children to the world of computational thinking, also called computational thinking. In the company of our character Ruby, they will discover the basics of programming through stories and exercises designed especially for their age. Children will learn to break big challenges into smaller tasks, identify patterns, develop step-by-step plans and think creatively. The tools used will be drawings, copy and paste, a board game and a robot that they will learn to program and play via an iOS or Android application.

PROGRAMMING FOR PRESCHOOLERS
Age group: 5 to 6 years old
The ability to solve complex problems, development of critical thinking and creativity have been identified as key skills of tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. Computational thinking fits into this domain of expertise. The objective of this course is to train young children in computational thinking by developing animations and games that allow them to exercise their creativity and train them in logical thinking.
Maximum number of students: 6.

INTRODUCTION TO ROBOTICS
Age group: 7 to 12 years old
This course is part of the STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). It gives an excellent introduction to computer science and the fundamentals of programming via various robotic components. In fact, the child will learn to assemble a robot (mBot) and program its robotic sensors. The child will also learn to code and play with another robot, equipped with artificial intelligence to recognize its face, and beat him/her at games! His name: Cozmo.

INTRODUCTION TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Age group: 7 to 12 years old
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a technology that involves machines reproducing cognitive abilities similar to those of humans.
Today, AI is present in a multitude of technologies, from robots to social media platforms, including search engines, among others.
The curriculum for this course will provide an introduction to AI by playing and coding a robot, called Cozmo, equipped with AI features such as facial recognition, behavioural engine, reinforcement learning and path planning. A fun interaction with an AI agent with personality!
Maximum number of students: 6.
PRICE: 400 EUR for 10 sessions of 2 hours each.
EQUIPMENT: An iPad2 with the Anki application installed. Pair programming; 3 to 4 Cozmo robots will be available.


MACHINE LEARNING FOR CHILDREN
Age group: 7 to 12+ years
Machine learning is an application of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides systems with the ability to automatically learn and improve from machine training without being explicitly programmed. In short, it allows computers to learn on their own. In this course, we will use the IBM learning environment and an extension of the Scratch programming software to access the different learning models that we will build, train and test.

GAME DEVELOPMENT
Age group: 7 to 14 years
Don't just be a player, become a game creator too!
Games are full of creativity, from character design to the use of music and clever coding.
This course will teach children the features of gaming and the essential skills needed to design and create their own games that they can share with their friends.

DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE APPLICATIONS
Age group: 7 to 14+ years
Mobile applications, available for your smartphones, are countless.
MIT App Inventor helps children develop applications for Android phones. In this course, we will use this browser-based utility to teach the child how to develop mobile applications that they can enjoy on their Android phone and share with friends. We will work on game development and machine learning projects using the App Inventor extension.

PREREQUISITE: Programming experience with Scratch.
